The only way you can get an inexpensive apple iphone is if someone sells it to you or if you upgrade.
You can also activate a new line for 9.99 and see if you qualify for a discount through your employer or college. So the bill wont be too high. The retail price for an iPhone is too high so that would be your best bet. Good Luck!
Ebay or Craigslist will probably be your best bet. Beware on both though, make sure if you use ebay to pay with paypal and if you shop craigslist, see and test the phone before paying.
